二、展台类型
1、标准展台
三面展板（高2.46米）、地毯、两只照明灯、220v电源一个、咨询台一张、两把折叠椅、纸篓一个、标有公司名称的中、英文楣板
2、光地展台
指空地，不带任何配置，需自行设计和搭建。(特装搭建需专业搭建公司负责，特装管理费、施工用电相关费用由特装公司向展馆缴纳)

三、展位优惠
1、中国食品工业会豆制品专业委员会会员单位（按期交纳会费的）优惠5%
2、预定四个以上展位优惠5%，六个以上展位优惠8%，十个以上展位优惠10%
3、2007年9月15日前预定并交纳预定金展位优惠8%
4、2007年11月15日前预定并交纳预定金展位优惠5%
5、上届参展企业优惠5%。
注：展位有拐角的，每个拐角加300元人民币，展位内有柱子的，每个展位减少200元人民币。

五、注意事项
1、欲参展的企业，请认真填写《参展申请表》，加盖公章后传真或邮寄至组委会。
2、主办单位将按照先申请先选择的原则。
3、参展单位收到展位确认书后请在规定时间内预付定金，在规定时间内，未及时付款的，组委会将不保留原定展位；展台最终确认以收到参展费用为准。
4、展前三个月提出退展，将扣除20%的服务费；展前一个月退展，将扣除50%的服务费；展前一个月内退展，一律不退款。

II stand Space type
1. Standard stand:
Three-side exhibition board (2.46m high), carpet, two lighting lamps, one 220v power supply, one reception desk, two chairs, one paper basket and lintel board bearing the company name in Chinese and English.

2. Space-only stand
It means an open ground without any collocation and it shall be designed and established by oneself. (The special design shall be responsible by the professional establishment company. The special design management fee and the charge related to the electricity usage in construction shall be paid by the special design company to the exhibition center.)

Ⅲ Discounts:

1. 5% discount for member organizations of Soybean Product Committee of China International Food Industry Association
2. 5% discount for 4 exhibition spaces reserved , 8% for 6 exhibition spaces reserved.,10% for 10 exhibition spaces reserved
3. 8% discount for reservations and reserve fund paid by Sep. 15th, 2007
4. 5% discount for reservation and reserve fund paid by Nov. 15th, 2006
5. 5% discount for last participant

Remarks: For the booth with corner, RMB 300 Yuan shall be added for each corner. For the booth with pillar inside, RMB 200 Yuan will be reduced for each booth.
Ⅳ Provide service
1.Free service
●Will publish the China and English introduction to 300 words;
●Cleanness of the fixed public part of exhibition hall;
●Fit up the cleanness of the stand in fixed standard;
●Set up and dismantle the standard stand;
●Offer chest cards and visiting ticket of 20 exhibitions to the exhibiter free;
●The exhibitor’s drinking water in the exhibition hall during the exhibition.
2.Paid service
●Various kinds of advertisement;
●The introduction meeting of the products and technology exchanging meeting arranging and organizing;
●Transportation of the exhibit;
●International and domestic long-distance calls and faxes;
●Such personnel service as Labor , translating, ect.…

Ⅹ Notices
1. The enterprise planning to participate in the exhibition shall fill out Application Form of Exhibition and fax or post to the organizing committee after stamping the official seal.
2. The sponsoring unit will adhere to the principle of “first application, first selection”.
3. Please pay the deposit in advance after the participating unit receives the letter of confirmation of exhibition booth. For these who fail to pay in time in the specified time, the organizing committee will not reserve the originally booked exhibition booth. The receiving of participation cost hall prevail in the final confirmation of exhibition stand.
4. If withdraw from the exhibition 3 (three) months before the exhibition, 20% of service charge will be deducted. If withdraw from the exhibition 1 (one) month before the exhibition, 50% of the service charge will be deducted and if withdraw from the exhibition within one month before exhibition, no money will be refunded.
